When Battle Ground Academy needed a spark, senior quarterback Kaedyn Marable delivered once again. The Wildcats cruised past Notre Dame (Chattanooga) 56-7, powered by another all-around performance from their Division II-AA star.
“It’s about playing smart, controlling the offense, and making the right reads. When our line gave me time and our receivers made big plays, we executed.”
Game Breakdown
In that playoff win, Marable threw for 170 yards and three touchdowns, while adding 101 rushing yards and two scores on the ground, including an 80-yard sprint that had the BGA crowd erupting.
For the 2025-26 season, Marable has been one of the most efficient quarterbacks in the state, completing 157 of 200 passes (78.5%) for 2,876 yards, 44 touchdowns, and just three interceptions. He has also rushed 54 times for 474 yards and 11 TDs, averaging 8.8 yards per carry. (Stats via MaxPreps)

Final Thoughts
From a 78 percent completion rate to calm decision making under pressure, Kaedyn Marable continues to set the tone for BGA’s playoff push. Whether he is dropping a dime downfield or breaking free for a long run, No. 8 just makes plays.
Battle Ground Academy looks like a real contender as the postseason heats up, and with Marable under center, it is easy to see why.
