The postseason is officially here, and the road to Chattanooga starts tonight. In this week’s Wednesday Bracket Blitz: Round 1, we are diving into every classification of Tennessee high school football — breaking down verified records, calling our picks, and highlighting which top programs earned a week of rest before Round 2.
Let’s get into it.
How the Format Works
For Round 1 and Round 2, the higher seed hosts. Because 2025 is an odd year, the top-listed team hosts the quarterfinals and semifinals. If two teams from the same region face off, the higher region finisher hosts.
