Nashville Area Basketball Rankings: Boys Varsity Top 10

The boys side of the Nashville Area Basketball Rankings reflects a blend of undefeated programs and teams already tested by strong competition. Early rankings factor in not only wins and losses, but how teams perform against the quality of opponents on their schedule.

Lipscomb Academy sits at the top after an undefeated start paired with the highest rating in the area. Their consistency on both ends of the floor has clearly separated them early.

Brentwood follows closely behind with a strong record and a balanced overall resume. Their ability to win in multiple styles keeps them firmly in the upper tier.

Pope John Paul II and Brentwood Academy round out the next tier. Both teams have faced competitive schedules, and their rankings reflect efficiency rather than simply win totals.

Providence Christian Academy stands out in the middle of the rankings due to its strength of schedule. Playing tougher competition early often pays dividends later in the season.

The back half of the top 10 includes Eagleville, Warren County, Henry County, Franklin, and Upperman. Some of these teams remain undefeated, while others have already been tested, setting the stage for movement as district play increases.
