In a city full of football talent, the opportunity to be seen has not always matched the level of play. That is where Elite 3 has made its mark.

In a recent interview hosted by Coach Daniel alongside Triple Threat D, founder Riley Howard III shared the story behind a program that has been quietly developing athletes and building a reputation across Nashville since 2009.

What started as inspiration has turned into a movement.

From Inspiration to Action

Riley credits early influence from figures like Steve McNair and Charles Davis, who brought football camps to the area in the early 2000s and showed what it meant to give back to the next generation.

That example stuck.

By 2009, Riley launched Elite 3 not as a brand, but as a mission to create opportunities for athletes who needed structure, guidance, and exposure.

Built on More Than Training

Elite 3 has never been just about drills.

It has been about discipline, development, and preparing athletes for life beyond football. Built on the principles of fitness, enrichment, and achievement, the program has become a space where athletes grow both on and off the field.

For many in Nashville, it is more than training. It is a foundation.

And now, that foundation is expanding beyond the city.

Elite 3 is opening its doors to athletes from smaller markets and overlooked areas, giving them a place to come, develop, and gain exposure on a bigger stage.

A Pipeline That Produces

Elite 3’s impact is best seen through the athletes it has helped shape.

Names like Hassan Haskins, Ty Chandler, and Elijah Young highlight the program’s reach at the collegiate and professional levels.

And the next wave is already building.

Rising talent such as Kenny Mitchit, Alex Broom, and Jared Curtis represent a new generation of athletes being developed for the next level. These are players Nashville may soon see competing on Saturdays.

But beyond the names, the real value lies in what athletes take with them: confidence, discipline, and readiness.

Elite 3 is not just about helping athletes get to the next level. It is about preparing them for what comes with it.

Building in a Competitive Space

As Nashville continues to grow into a hub for athlete development, the competition for exposure and recognition has never been higher.

Elite 3 has carved its own lane through consistency, authenticity, and a commitment to long-term development.

It has become a place where athletes come to be recognized, trained, and pushed to become better for tomorrow.

Still Building the Legacy

More than 15 years in, Riley Howard III is still doing the work.

Still developing.
Still mentoring.
Still building.

Elite 3 continues to push toward being one of the top programs athletes turn to for growth and opportunity, not just in Nashville, but for athletes from anywhere looking for a real shot.

And in Nashville, that foundation is still growing one athlete at a time.
